For most of my working life, I have worked as a paralegal/legal assistant.

I also work as a Florida Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent.

I understand legal documents and how important it is for the signer to understand what he or she is signing and my role as the notary public in the signing process.

My role as a notary signing agent is to guide you through a set of loan documents and witness the signing of the paperwork. I also verify the identity of the signers, place my notary stamp on the signed documents, and then send the documents back to the title or escrow company.

I am certified through the National Notary Association and background tested.

As a notary commissioned in the State of Florida, I do the following:

• Administer oaths or affirmations

• Take acknowledgments

• Attest to photocopies of certain documents

• Solemnize marriage

• Verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs)

• Certify the contents of a safe-deposit box.
